Mr. Borisov has over 18 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, forensic accounting, and litigation support at BDO, Deloitte, and Alvarez & Marsal in Europe and the Middle East.
Mr. Borisov is the founder and Partner at Albis Partners. Previously, Mr. Borisov was a Group DoF for Five Holdings and FIVE Hotel Zurich, leading corporate finance deals, debt structuring, refinancing, financial operations and finance management for a highly acquisitive real estate and hospitality company.
Partner | Legal and Regulatory Advisor
Mr. Liebi has 20+ years of experience as external advisor, General Counsel, manager, and board member with leading firms in financial services (banking, capital markets, funds, derivatives) and digital assets. He has practical experience in digital assets and financial services in Switzerland, EU, and the USA. Mr Liebi has led and served companies through all life cycles, from the smallest start up to the biggest corporations at their pinnacle of success and in their darkest hours (restructurings).
Mr. Liebi is admitted to the bars of Switzerland, New York, and Germany and is a public notary in Switzerland. He holds a Ph.D. (Zurich), LL.M. (Stanford), Master in General Management (Harvard), and other degrees and certificates. Mr Liebi serves also as a judge at the commercial court of Zurich and as a university lecturer at the University of Zurich in capital markets and banking.
Mr. Liebi publishes regularly on topics related to financial services and digital assets and is a regular speaker at events and conferences.
External Legal Advisor
Mr. Sadique has over 23 years of experience as a high-stakes international commercial litigator specialising in high-value transactions for major blue-chip corporations and high net worth individuals.
Mr Sadique serves as the Head of International Arbitration and the Common Law Litigation Practice Group at ALAIDAROUS Advocates and Legal Consultants, a leading firm in the UAE and GCC.
Mr. Sadique holds the highest rights of audience before the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts, Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts, the Supreme Court of Singapore, and the Singapore International Commercial Court.
External Real Estate Advisor
Mr. Vanden Hende has a Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering and Applied Economics and a MBA from Cornell University, with over 25 years of experience in real estate fund management at Morgan Stanley and MallTech, a company in which Goldman Sachs Special Situations Group held a majority stake and where he held the position of CIO.
Mr. Vanden Hende is serving currently as Head of Real Estate and member of Investment Committee at Signet Asset Management.
Deal Structuring Advisor
Mr. Dewitte founded Dewitte & Partners, a strategic management and economic advisory firm, drawing on his extensive experience as Senior Partner at Deloitte. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Dewitte has advised clients and partners across the globe, from North America, Russia, Asia, and China, on both Luxembourg and international markets.
Mr. Dewitte possesses a strong background in financial structuring, infrastructure projects, and international business operations, including cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, income planning and repatriation, business model optimisation and intangible property structures.
Mr. Dewitte is a former President of the China-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce. Since June 2019, he has held the role of Honorary President, alongside the Chinese Ambassador to Luxembourg. Additionally, since 2013,
Mr. Dewitte has been a Guest Professor of International Tax and Corporate Policy at the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium.
